1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of tronenergyfrog.com, the TronEnergyFrog Telegram bot, the account dashboard, APIs, calculators, deposits, TRON Energy rentals, wallet activation, and related status tools (the “Service”). By accessing the Service, signing in, creating a deposit, requesting a quote, or confirming an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the Service where you live. Do not use the Service if applicable law, sanctions, or another legal restriction prohibits you from doing so.
2. What the Service does
TronEnergyFrog provides temporary TRON network-resource delegation to a public TRON address, wallet activation, public wallet fee estimates, prepaid account balances, saved-wallet labels, and operation history. We may use third-party resource and payment providers to fulfil requests.
The Service does not exchange assets, provide investment or financial advice, receive wallet private keys, or custody USDT for you. The prepaid TRX balance is limited to TronEnergyFrog services. Energy rental may reduce an eligible transaction’s TRX burn, but savings are not guaranteed.
3. Account access and security
Website access uses your numeric Telegram ID and a short-lived, single-use code issued through the official bot. You are responsible for your Telegram account, devices, login codes, and activity performed through your session. Tell us promptly through the official bot if you suspect unauthorized access.
We never need your wallet private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or wallet password. Never provide those secrets to the website, bot, a payment provider, support, or anyone claiming to represent us.
4. Deposits and prepaid TRX balance
A deposit invoice identifies the amount credited to your TronEnergyFrog balance, the payment-provider fee, and the invoice total. The provider fee is added to the requested credit and is not part of the balance credited to you. Review all three amounts before opening a payment link.
Credits remain pending until a provider payment is verified. Do not reuse an expired or canceled payment link. If an exact payment is verified after the displayed status changes, the status may later be reconciled and credited. A wrong asset, underpayment, overpayment, or other mismatch may remain uncredited and require support review. If you sent payment but do not see credit, do not pay again; contact support with the Project ID.
Checkout is provided by a third party and may leave the Service. The provider’s own terms and privacy notice apply. Pay only through the payment link attached to your invoice and follow the provider’s instructions. Blockchain and provider payments can be irreversible.
Your in-Service TRX balance is prepaid value intended only for TronEnergyFrog orders. It does not earn interest and the current interface does not provide self-service withdrawals. Do not deposit more than you reasonably expect to use. Any external refund request is reviewed only where required by law or where we agree that a verified Service-side failure justifies it; provider and network fees may be non-refundable.
5. Quotes and the 60-second rate lock
How the lock works
- Requesting a quote does not charge your balance, reserve provider inventory, or guarantee affordability. The quote shows the target address, product details where applicable, exact TRX price, and expiry. A quote may be displayed even when your available balance is insufficient.
- The live countdown is normally 60 seconds. It is authoritative only while greater than zero; network delay or an inactive browser tab may make a displayed timer stale.
- Confirmation succeeds only when our server receives and accepts it before expiry and the quoted provider inventory remains available.
- On acceptance, the exact displayed TRX amount moves from available balance to reserved balance. We do not increase that order price because market, provider, or network rates later change.
- On successful delivery, the reserved amount is captured. If the operation fails, the same reserved amount is released back to your available balance.
- If the quote expires or is no longer available before acceptance, no order is created and no amount is reserved. You must request and approve a new quote; a new price is never accepted automatically.
The locked price covers the TronEnergyFrog rental or activation order shown in the quote. It does not include TRX that your wallet or the TRON network may burn because of Bandwidth, account activation, a resource shortfall, contract changes, wallet fee-limit settings, or a separate transaction.
6. Orders, delivery, cancellation, and refunds
Check the public target address, Energy amount, and duration before confirming. Energy is delegated to the sender wallet that will execute the smart-contract transaction, not necessarily the USDT recipient checked by the calculator. Delivery to the wrong address can be unusable and generally cannot be reversed.
A successfully delivered Energy rental or completed wallet activation is final and non-refundable because the resource or on-chain action has already been supplied. An unused portion of delivered Energy is not refundable. If our operation fails, the reserved order price is released to your available TronEnergyFrog balance automatically.
Queued, processing, submitted, succeeded, failed, and unknown statuses describe our best current information. After an order is accepted, it cannot be self-canceled. While an order is queued, processing, submitted, or unknown, its exact price remains reserved; do not submit a duplicate order. An unknown status may require reconciliation with a provider or the blockchain and is not proof that delivery failed.
If the confirmation response is interrupted, use Retry confirmation on that same quote. The retry checks the same idempotent order request; it does not approve a new price or create a second order.
A definitive Service-side failure releases the exact reserved amount to your in-Service available balance. This is not an automatic external refund or withdrawal. Requests concerning an external payment or an unreconciled balance must be submitted to support with the operation or Project ID.
7. Energy amounts, duration, and wallet activation
The 65,000 and 130,000 Energy choices are planning packages, not protocol guarantees. Actual consumption depends on the contract, recipient state, sender resources, Bandwidth, wallet settings, and current TRON rules. Custom Energy amounts remain subject to the limits displayed in the form.
A rental is temporary and applies only to the quoted address and duration. Wallet activation creates or helps create an on-chain account record for a public address; it does not give us control of the wallet and does not guarantee that the wallet has TRX, USDT, Bandwidth, or enough Energy for a later transaction.
8. Calculator and estimated savings
The fee calculator reads public blockchain data. A non-zero recipient USDT balance generally produces a 65,000 Energy recommendation, while a verified zero balance generally produces 130,000. If live wallet data is unavailable, the calculator reports that limitation and lets you choose a conservative 130,000 Energy fallback; that fallback is not a verified wallet result. Separately, a network-fee fallback notice means the wallet balance was read live but the comparison commission used a fallback model. Results, USD conversions, direct-burn comparisons, and savings percentages are informational estimates only and can become stale.
Always review your wallet’s final transaction details before signing. We do not initiate a USDT transfer through the calculator and do not guarantee a particular network fee, saving, transfer result, or confirmation time.
9. Acceptable use
You may use only target addresses you control or are authorized to use and payment funds you are authorized to spend. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, malware, abuse, interference with the Service, unauthorized access, automated load that harms other users, or activity that infringes another person’s rights. We may suspend access, reject an order, or cooperate with valid legal requests when reasonably necessary.
10. Third parties and TRON network risks
The Service depends on the TRON network, public RPC services, Telegram, payment gateways, infrastructure vendors, and Energy providers. Their outages, delays, policy changes, inaccurate data, failed callbacks, congestion, reorganizations, or other conduct may affect quotes, deposits, delivery, and status information. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy notices also apply.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for wallet security, address accuracy, sufficient fee limits and resources, and compliance with the rules of your wallet and any third-party provider you use.
11. Availability, changes, and termination
We may change prices, providers, limits, supported durations, features, or availability. A change does not alter an order price already accepted under an active quote. We may pause access for security, maintenance, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons, but accepted operations and reserved funds remain subject to the order and reconciliation rules above. Any available prepaid balance remains recorded unless law or a verified correction requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new “Last updated” date and, where reasonably practicable, an in-product or Telegram notice. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted order.
12. Intellectual property and independence
TronEnergyFrog’s software, branding, copy, and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. TRON, TRX, Telegram, Crypto Bot, Tether, and USDT names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatible networks, assets, or providers and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and any guarantee of savings or downstream transaction success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronEnergyFrog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. For a claim tied to a specific order or deposit, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount charged for that transaction or the amount a verified Service-side error incorrectly withheld, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy notice
We process the account and service data needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. This can include your Telegram numeric ID, a 30-day authentication cookie, IP address and request/security logs, public wallet addresses and labels you save, public wallet checks, quotes, orders, operation status, deposit and provider references, support messages, and timestamps. We never ask for or intentionally collect wallet private keys or seed phrases.
We use this data to authenticate you, provide quotes and operations, maintain balances and history, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, respond to support, comply with law, and establish or defend claims. Public TRON addresses and transactions may remain visible on the blockchain independently of us.
We share data only as needed with infrastructure vendors, Telegram, public TRON/RPC services, payment gateways, Energy providers, professional advisers, or authorities acting under a valid legal basis. Those parties may process data under their own notices and in other countries. We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, reconciliation, accounting, and legal obligations.
You can sign out to clear the active browser session and can request access, correction, deletion, or another right available under applicable law through the official support link. Some operational, blockchain, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained.
15. Contact
Questions, delivery issues, and legal notices can be submitted through the official @tron_energy_frog_bot link published on this domain. Do not trust unsolicited accounts claiming to be support.
16. General terms
These Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections or a right to bring a claim in a competent court where that right cannot validly be excluded under applicable law.
